To run as a customization tool for your device launcher home screen, the Application accesses and manages specific software resources:

• Installed Applications List: The Application queries the device package manager to display list representations, search systems, launch counts, and drawer icons of standard installed applications. This query operates entirely client-side.
• Local Preference Storage: We use Jetpack Datastore storage to persist grid parameters, wallpaper customization selections, background theme choices, app hide states, EULA acceptance choices, and application ratings.
• In-App Purchases & Donations: Secure Google Play Billing SDK references verify your donation tiers. Transaction authentication tokens are processed securely and directly by the underlying Google Billing framework.

2. No Cloud Transmission, Data Loss, & DPDP Act 2023 Compliance

None of the local launcher modifications, user configurations, customized settings, or package configurations are uploaded, backed up, or made visible to us. Files, logs, configurations, and structures remain completely confined within the app's sandboxed storage directories on your physical hardware.

Crucial Note on Local Data Discretion: Because we do not transmit, back up, or host any of your settings on our servers, we have no capability of recovering configurations, grids, custom labels, hidden modes, donation logs, or shortcut details. In the event of application data clearance, device reset, device loss, OS upgrades, or uninstallation, all launcher preferences will be permanently and irreversibly erased. You agree that the developer bears absolutely zero liability for any configuration loss, grid layout corruption, or setup downtime.

Absolute Disclosure & Subpoena Immunity: Because the Application operates entirely offline on your physical handset and never transmits, aggregates, or syncs your configuration data, hidden app listings, favorite coordinates, search history, grid designs, or launch cycles to any external network location or remote database, the developer is not in custody of your personal metadata. Consequently, the developer is structurally unable to comply with, and is entirely immune from, any third-party civil discovery petitions, administrative warrants, judicial coordinate subpoenas, or government disclosure demands for your local layout and usage metrics. There is physically no database in our possession that can be intercepted, audited, or disclosed.

Compliance with India's DPDP Act, 2023: In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of the Republic of India, please note that this Application runs strictly offline on your physical hardware and does not collect, transit, store, or organize user digital personal details on external remote environments. Consequently, the developer is not a "Data Fiduciary" or "Data Processor" as defined under the DPDP Act. Your local preferences configuration stays in your sole custody, control, and governance. External App Redirect Disclaimer: Once you tap a drawer icon or customized shortcut within the Application, it instructs the Android operating system to launch a third-party application package on your device. Once you redirect to or exit into another app or system activity, that application operates under its own privacy policy, sandboxing configurations, and compliance terms. The developer bears absolutely no responsibility or liability for the data governance, tracking policies, or cookies practices of external apps you choose to launch from this homescreen.

5. Children's Privacy

Since the Application operates strictly local to the user's device and does not collect, transmit, or harvest any analytical, personal, or tracking information, we do not knowingly, unknowingly, or actively gather any personal information from children under the age of 13. To utilize this Application, users must represent they are at least sixteen (16) years of age, strictly pursuant to our EULA age stipulations. Furthermore, the application is safe for all audiences.

6. Information Security & Sandboxing Disclaimer

We are dedicated to safeguarding your local preference storage. The Application implements system-native modern storage paradigms, sandboxing variables, and strict access controls to prevent external applications on the device from traversing unauthorized Datastore environments. However, no method of electronic storage or local device sandboxing is 100% secure. You acknowledge and agree that we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your local data and that the developer bears no liability if your device is compromised by root access, malware, or unauthorized physical/logical access.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may periodically update our Privacy Policy. Since the Application does not connect to external servers, we cannot push proactive policy alterations directly to you. We encourage you to review the latest versions through the settings panel or associated HTML link coordinates contained inside launcher resource cards. By continuing to access or use the Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
