Privacy Policy for MurGoo LED Banner

Effective Date: June 18, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to MurGoo LED Banner. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the information handled by our mobile application, developed and published from Goa, India. Because we prioritize your privacy, our approach is simple: we do not collect your data.

2. Completely Offline and Free

MurGoo LED Banner is designed to be a completely offline, standalone utility. It does not require an active internet connection to operate its core features.

3. Zero Data Collection

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, usage analytics, or telemetry. All of your configurations, saved presets, and custom text inputs are stored strictly locally on your physical device. We have no backend servers processing your inputs, meaning it is technically impossible for us to access your information or see what you type into the LED banner. Because all data is stored locally, you alone control it. You can permanently delete all saved presets and configurations at any time by clearing the application's data in your device settings or by fully uninstalling the app. Furthermore, we do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information (in compliance with the CCPA and other applicable privacy laws).

4. Device Permissions and Local Capabilities

To provide advanced functionality, the application may request specific device permissions. We want to be completely transparent about how these are utilized. Note: For complete disclaimers regarding the risks associated with these features (including hardware damage, health risks, and device lockouts), please refer to the End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. Third-Party Services, Advertising, and Networking

Because the app operates 100% offline, no data is sent by us to third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising networks. We have actively removed and omitted all networking dependencies (such as custom HTTP clients) and telemetry cloud SDKs from the application's compiled code. There are absolutely no tracking tracker SDKs configured to log your behaviors.

Google Play Billing (In-App Transactions): If you choose to support the developer via in-app donations or transactions, the billing request is initiated directly inside the application but is processed entirely by Google Play's secure, standardized Billing services. We do not host any remote payment APIs or databases, meaning we have absolute zero access to, nor do we receive, store, transmit, or process your credit/debit card numbers, transaction profiles, bank accounts, or other financial details. Any of your transaction logs are handled directly by Google LLC under Google Play's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

6. Platform Logs and Diagnostics

While the app itself does not contain any tracking code, the platform you use to download the app (e.g., Google Play Store) or your device's operating system (Android) may independently collect anonymous usage statistics, crash reports, or diagnostic data. This collection is governed by the respective privacy policies of Google or your device manufacturer and is outside of our control.

7. User Communications and Support

While the app itself does not collect personal data, if you choose to contact us directly via email for support or inquiries at support@murgoo.click, we may collect the personal information you provide in that communication, such as your email address and any other details included in your message. Your email correspondence may be retained for up to 5 years for record-keeping, resolving issues, and improving our application. We employ commercially reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality of these emails.

8. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under the GDPR, CCPA, or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you have certain rights regarding any personal data we hold about you. Because we only hold data if you directly email us, you may contact us at any time at support@murgoo.click to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your email correspondence history before the 5-year retention period expires.

9. Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone. Furthermore, according to our End User License Agreement, users must be at least 18 years of age to use the application.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Statutory Compliance

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Since the application processes no personal data from you over the network (with the sole exception of voluntary direct support email messages), the application is fully compliant with the data minimization and privacy-by-design standards of the DPDP Act and other global privacy laws (such as GDPR and CCPA). Any disputes arising out of this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Goa, India.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified within the app updates.

12. Contact Information

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us at support@murgoo.click or via the official contact channels provided on the application's store page.
