End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "you", or "your") and the individual software developer operating under the brand and domain MurGoo.Click ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), residing in Goa, India. This Agreement governs your acquisition, download, installation, retention, and use of the OCR Clicker for Android mobile application ("Application" or "App"), including all local automation routines, custom Region of Interest (ROI) scanning states, on-device OCR parsers, floating overlay modules, Room databases, in-app billing components, and PDF logging utilities.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE — READ CAREFULLY: This Application is a highly advanced screen automation and macro utility that simulates physical device inputs. By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, possess the full legal capacity to enter into a contract, and agree to be strictly bound by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, or if you are under 18 years of age, you are strictly forbidden from installing or using this App, and you must immediately delete all copies of the App from your devices.

1. Strict Minimum Age (18+) & Eligibility Requirement

This Application is designed and optimized strictly for advanced adult users. You hereby affirm, represent, and warrant under penalty of perjury and local laws that:

You are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
You possess the absolute legal authority, capacity, and right to enter into and abide by this Agreement.
You will comply with all local, state, federal, national, and international laws, rules, ordinances, and third-party terms of service while utilizing this Application.

If the Developer learns or has reason to believe that a user is under 18 years of age, the Developer reserves the right to immediately terminate this license, disable Application features, and delete any associated local configurations without notice or recourse.

2. Scope of License & Digital In-App Purchases

Subject to your strict compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to download, install, and execute one (1) copy of the Application in object code form on a single personal Android device owned or legally controlled by you, solely for your private, non-commercial, and lawful automated macro-clicking activities.

In-App Purchases & Licenses: Any digital features, premium tools, or licenses purchased within the App via Google Play Store Billing are non-transferable, revocable, and grant access strictly under the terms of this EULA. Refund requests are handled according to Google Play Store refund policies.

3. Description of Application Capabilities

This Application offers robust, on-device automation capabilities, which require explicit user permissions and configurations. You acknowledge that the App is equipped to perform the following operations:

Continuous On-Device Screen Scan & Capture: Periodically capturing and analyzing frame buffers and screen layouts to identify specific visual character elements via Google ML Kit.
Local Optical Character Recognition (OCR): Parsing extracted layout images into raw text elements, calculating coordinate bounding boxes, and associating surrounding contextual elements on-device.
Accessibility Service API Input Emulation: Programmatically dispatching physical clicks, taps, multi-point coordinate sequences, swipes, and precise hardware gestures on your behalf.
Jetpack Compose Floating UI Overlays: Displaying floating widgets, Region of Interest (ROI) borders, and active status consoles directly over other running third-party applications.
Local SQLite Storage (Room DB): Storing customized macro scripts, blacklists, execution rulesets, coordinates, and diagnostic logs strictly on the device’s private sandbox directory.
Log Assembly & PDF Exports: Compiling execution telemetry, diagnostic data, and full-resolution screen capture snapshots into exportable PDF logs for user-guided sharing and inspection.

4. Platform Bans and Third-Party Terms of Service

CRITICAL PLATFORM WARNING — ACCOUNT BAN RISK: Many third-party applications, websites, multiplayer games, streaming channels, advertising platforms, and digital storefronts strictly prohibit the use of auto-clickers, emulated touch gestures, coordinate macros, and screen automation utilities.

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that your use of this App on any third-party service is entirely at your own risk. The Developer does not control, and assumes absolutely ZERO liability for, any actions taken against you by third parties, including but not limited to:

Suspension, permanent ban, or termination of your third-party gaming, social media, or commercial accounts.
Loss of virtual currency, in-game assets, or platform status.
Financial penalties or legal actions initiated by third-party platform operators.
Any other restriction or loss resulting directly or indirectly from automated interaction.

5. Strict Prohibition on High-Risk & Critical Operations

EXPRESS HIGH-RISK PROHIBITION: The Application is NOT fault-tolerant and is NOT designed or intended for use in high-risk, sensitive, or safety-critical tasks. You are EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED from configuring or executing the Application for:

Financial transactions, online banking, cryptocurrency trading, stock/securities trading, or automated purchases.
Healthcare applications, medical device operation, emergency services, or life-support systems.
Industrial controls, hazardous machinery operation, or automotive navigation systems.
Any operation where a software glitch, delayed touch, OCR misinterpretation, or OS background service interruption could result in financial loss, personal injury, property damage, or legal liability.

If you violate this prohibition and use the App for high-risk operations, you do so at your sole, absolute risk, and the Developer shall have ZERO liability for any resulting damages.

6. Android Accessibility Service & System Overlay Consent

To enable automated clicking, you must manually activate the App's **Accessibility Service** and grant **System Overlay / Draw Over Other Apps** permissions. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are explicitly instructing the App to capture screen content, identify on-screen labels, and perform emulated physical inputs on your behalf.
You assume 100% responsibility for configuring rules, coordinate thresholds, and target applications accurately.
You acknowledge that Android OS background optimizations, battery saving modes, or memory pressure may pause or delay Accessibility Service execution, and the Developer is not responsible for timing variations.

7. Strict User Code of Conduct & Prohibitions

You represent, warrant, and agree that you will NOT engage in, assist, or authorize any of the following prohibited actions:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Application or any part thereof.
Modify, adapt, improve, enhance, translate, or create derivative works from the Application.
Use the App to automate malicious actions, distribute spam, conduct ad click fraud, bypass digital rights management (DRM), or execute unauthorized actions on secure portals.
Use the App to harvest, log, or export sensitive personal information, banking credentials, private messages, or health records of any third party without their explicit, written, and informed consent.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary brand markings belonging to MurGoo.Click.

8. ABSOLUTE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE FREE FROM BUGS, OS INCOMPATIBILITIES, SYSTEM CONFLICTS, OR INTERRUPTIONS. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE ON-DEVICE OCR RECOGNITION PIPELINE WILL ACHIEVE 100% ACCURACY, AS SCREEN BRIGHTNESS, SYSTEM FONTS, RENDER DENSITY, DISPLAY SCALE, AND APP CONTRAST CAN DRAMATICALLY IMPACT CHARACTER CLASSIFICATION PERFORMANCE. AUTOMATION ROUTINES MAY MALFUNCTION, PERFORM INCORRECT CLICKS, OR SUFFER FROM TIMING DELAYS DUE TO DEVICE PERFORMANCE, BACKGROUND MEMORY PRESSURE, OR OPERATING SYSTEM LAG.

9. STRICT LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DAMAGE CAP

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, SYSTEM MALFUNCTION, HARDWARE DAMAGE, DATA LOSS (INCLUDING CORRUPTION OF THE APP'S ROOM SQLITE DATABASE), ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR PRIVACY BREACHES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

CUMULATIVE LIABILITY CAP: IN ANY EVENT, THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF THE DEVELOPER FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO THE DEVELOPER FOR THE APPLICATION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($10.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer and MurGoo.Click from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Application, your violation of any third-party terms, your breach of this EULA, or your violation of any local or international laws.

11. Mandatory Waiver of Class Actions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL CLAIMS AND DISPUTES MUST BE LITIGATED OR ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT ON A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO INITIATE, JOIN, OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST THE DEVELOPER.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement, its interpretation, performance, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed exclusively by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any legal action, suit, or dispute arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively before the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Goa, India. You hereby waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts and irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire contract between you and the Developer regarding the Application and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.
