BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, LAUNCHING, REGISTERING, OR OTHERWISE INITIATING THE MURGOO SCREENSHOT CAPTURE UTILITY (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "SOFTWARE" OR "APPLICATION"), YOU EXPRESSLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND WITHOUT MANIPULATION AGREE TO DEFINE YOURSELF AS A LEGAL PARTY TO AND REMAIN STRICTLY BOUND BY ALL RULES, COVENANTS, TERMS, DISCLAIMERS, RELEASES, AND EXCLUSIONS OUTLINED IN THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA). IF YOU DO NOT FULLY ACCEPT EVERY TERM, CLAUSE, AND PROVISO CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT, DO NOT DOWLOAD, RUN, OR RETAIN THE APPLICATION. DELETE IT AND ITS ASSOCIATED FILES IMMEDIATELY.The Application, its source code, layout schemas, design compositions, and digital workflows represent proprietary assets wholly owned and operated by **MurGoo.Click**, based in Panaji, Goa, India. Subject to your strict and ongoing compliance with the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, individual, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and fully unsublicensable license to install and run the compiled binary APK file on dynamic, compatible hardware devices under your physical custody, strictly for personal, non-commercial, or standard internal administrative purposes.
You are strictly prohibited from renting, leasing, sub-licensing, decompiling, modifications, reverse-engineering, recompiling, translating, scraping, or attempting to reconstruct the functional patterns, libraries, or architectures of this Software. Any such attempt triggers immediate, automatic termination of this license without legal or written warning.
To use this software, you warrant and represent that **you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have fully attained the age of legal majority within your jurisdiction.** Due to the system-level privileges required to carry out the core features (such as continuous foreground MediaProjection capturing, background storage file exploration, system overlay UI handles, and on-device text recognition systems), this Application is restricted entirely to adult individuals. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you are unlicensed and strictly prohibited from installing or running this utility.
The Application may incorporate, contain, or be bundled with third-party software components or open-source libraries (e.g., machine learning binaries, UI frameworks, or rendering engines). These components are provided under their respective open-source licenses. Nothing in this EULA restricts your rights under, or grants you rights that supersede, the terms of those specific open-source licenses. MurGoo.Click accepts no liability for the performance or security of third-party open-source libraries.
Because the Application is structured to execute 100% offline within your physical device, all data handling, automated schedules, and files stored reside entirely under your direct custody and active agency. You are the sole operator and assume all legal, privacy, and civil responsibilities under the following parameters:

Any such prohibited use represents a severe and irrevocable breach of this contract, immediately invoking the termination clause. You bear total liability for any civil or criminal penalties arising from unauthorized surveillance acts.
MurGoo.Click may, but is under no obligation to, provide updates, bug fixes, feature enhancements, or maintenance for the Application. Any such updates provided will be subject to the terms of this EULA. We reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application's development or availability at any time without prior notice or liability.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU STRICTLY "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL DETECTABLE OR UNDETECTABLE FAULTS, BUGS, LATENCY ANOMALIES, AND ARCHITECTURAL ECCENTRICS, WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY EXPLICIT KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum limits allowable under applicable international and national laws, MurGoo.Click hereby disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, satisfactory performance, quiet enjoyment, system compatibility, accuracy of on-device ML OCR results, non-interruption of overlay screen handles, or the constant validation of error-free file auto-retention cleaners. The entire operational and execution risk stays with the user.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MURGOO.CLICK, ITS FOUNDERS, DEVELOPERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATE CONTRACTORS, OR DISTRIBUTION PLUGS BE HELD CIVILLY, CRIMINALLY, OR FINANCIALLY LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATEVER ARISING IN ANY ARCHITECTURE FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACTIVATE THE SOFTWARE.
This exclusion covers, without limits: damages for loss of system files, sudden storage exhaustion, device processing overloads, leaking of transactional displays during screenshots, copyright litigation or prosecution resulting from your capturing of trade secrets, secure banking layouts, or copyright materials of third parties, or systems data deleted by the built-in auto-cleanup filters. Your sole, exclusive, and total remedy for any damages, errors, or disputes is to completely halt usage and uninstall the app.
You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MurGoo.Click, its developers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all demands, liability, claims, damage suits, losses, judicial settlements, penalties, fines, and legal attorney fees emerging directly or indirectly from your misuse of the Application, your breach of any clause or warranty within this Agreement, or your capturing, annotation, or distribution of third-party intellectual property, privacy contents, or copyright records.
READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this EULA, the Application, or your use thereof, shall be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or a class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by providing written notice within 30 days of first accepting this EULA to the official contact details herein. If you do not opt out, you are bound to arbitrate disputes as an individual only.
Rooted/Modified Devices: We disclaim all liability if this Application is executed on devices featuring modified operating systems ("rooting", "jailbreaking", or custom ROMs). Security frameworks and offline privacy guarantees may fail in inherently insecure OS environments.
Export Controls: You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a government embargo, or that has been designated by governing authorities as a "terrorist supporting" region; and (b) you are not listed on any government roster of prohibited or restricted parties.
This Agreement remains legally binding from the day you download or install the Application until terminated. You may end it at your discretion by completely deleting the application elements and output directories from your device. Your rights under this EULA will terminate instantly and automatically without notice from MurGoo.Click if you fail to comply with any of our covenants or clauses.
Severability: If any provision, clause, or restriction within this EULA is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement: This EULA, alongside the embedded Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire and fully exclusive agreement between you and MurGoo.Click regarding the Software, superseding all prior verbal, implied, or written understandings.
This Agreement, its structural interpretation, and any claims, lawsuits, or conflicts emerging in connection with the Software shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced strictly under the laws of **Goa, India**.
To the extent any claims are not subject to the mandatory Arbitration provisions above, any dispute, legal proceeding, or legal litigation emerging from this contract or your use of the Application shall be submitted solely and exclusively to the personal and subject-matter jurisdiction of the state courts operating in **Panaji, Goa, India**. You willingly submit to this exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
