📜 End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you (the "User") and the developer of MurGoo.Click, located in Goa, India, for the licensing and use of the Crosshair Pro Overlay & Reticle Studio application (the "App").

AGE RESTRICTION NOTICE: This application is restricted to users aged 18 and older. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

MurGoo.Click grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and customization purposes on mobile and tablet devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.
• Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, translation, or derivative work from the App.
• Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the App.
• Use the App to violate the Terms of Service of external games or competitive platforms. The overlay is designed as an external, accessibility-friendly monitor-alignment aid. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the fair play rules of individual game publishers.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, source code, designs, animations, and graphic assets, is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of MurGoo.Click. No title or ownership is transferred to you under this Agreement.

4. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or MurGoo.Click. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from MurGoo.Click if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

5. Third-Party Game Rules, Anti-Cheat, and Account Bans Disclaimer

This App is designed as an external, accessibility-friendly display overlay and monitor-alignment aid. However, many video games, game developers, publishers, and online services maintain strict anti-cheat software and policies that prohibit third-party screen overlays, modifications, or external tools. Use of this App is entirely at your own risk. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with the terms of service, end user license agreements, and fair play policies of any individual game, server, publisher, platform, or service you access while using the App.
• The Developer is NOT liable or responsible under any circumstances for any bans, suspensions, account blocks, restrictions, in-game penalties, or loss of access to games or competitive environments resulting from your use of the App.

6. Screen Burn-In, Hardware, and System Performance Disclaimer

Because the App uses the Android System Alert Window overlay to display a static or dynamic crosshair over your screen, you agree and acknowledge that:

• Displaying a static image or overlay at high brightness for extended periods on certain display screens (especially OLED, AMOLED, or high-density mobile screens) can lead to temporary or permanent screen retention, "burn-in," or display degradation.
• You assume all responsibility for managing your screen's display duration, brightness, and settings to prevent screen damage.
• The Developer is not responsible or liable for any hardware damages, screen burn-in, system crashes, battery degradation, device overheating, memory issues, or performance drops on your device.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE APP WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ASSOCIATES BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONCURRENT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, DEVICE DAMAGE, GAME ACCOUNT LOSS, GAME BAN OR SUSPENSION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($10.00 USD) OR THE ACTUAL SUM PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSED APP (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Developer, its affiliates, contractors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the App; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, property, privacy, or third-party game/platform policy; or (iv) any claim that your use of the App caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive this Agreement and your use of the App.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and your relationship with the Developer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Goa, India, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Any legal disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Goa, India.
