By downloading or using the MurGoo Image Converter application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this application.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The application processes images locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the images and data you choose to process, import (including via share intents or drag-and-drop), or convert, and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable copyright laws. You agree not to process any images that you do not have the right to modify or reproduce. We do not upload, store, or transmit your images to any external servers. You acknowledge that batch processing large amounts of data may consume device resources and could result in data loss or device instability. We strongly recommend backing up your files before processing. We bear no responsibility or liability for any data loss, corruption, or unintentional modification of your files.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the application or make the application available to any third party.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
The application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the application, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. We provide no warranty or undertaking, and make no representation of any kind that the application will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we or our affiliates, or any of our respective licensors or service providers, have any liability arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the application or the content and services for: (a) personal injury, property damage, lost profits, cost of substitute goods or services, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, computer failure or malfunction or any other consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, special or punitive damages; (b) direct damages in amounts that in the aggregate exceed the amount actually paid by you for the application. The foregoing limitations will apply whether such damages arise out of breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise and regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This application operates strictly offline. We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any of your personal data, images, or files. All image conversion takes place directly on your device. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by updating this page. Because the app does not collect user information, we encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of these terms.
