This Privacy Policy describes how "MurGoo Search" ("the App" or "the Software"), developed by MurGoo.Click ("we", "us", or "our"), processes information. We have designed this application with a strict zero-collection, 100% offline-first architecture. No private data, search queries, metadata, photos, or documents ever leave your device or are transmitted to any servers.

1. Complete Zero-Collection Architecture

Since the App operates completely locally on your device, we do not host external databases, cloud backup servers, tracking analytics, or user registration platforms. We collect absolutely zero personal information, user data, or telemetry. Specifically:

Media and Image Access: The Software accesses folders and images that you explicitly authorize via standard system storage pickers. No images, files, or folders are ever copied, transmitted, shared, uploaded, or viewed by us.
On-Device Extracted Metadata & OCR: Visual classification, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and face detection calculations are processed entirely locally on your device's hardware. All resulting search keywords, coordinates, and text lists are stored exclusively inside a secure, sandboxed private database (Room DB) stored inside your device's local memory.

2. Third-Party Services & Local SDKs

The Software integrates standard SDKs and tools from third-party suppliers to facilitate local operations:

Google ML Kit APIs: We use Google's local on-device ML Kit libraries for text recognition, object labeling, and face detection. These libraries operate entirely on your device and do not transmit analyzed content to Google or us. Please review Google's ML Kit privacy terms for additional information.
Google Play Billing: To accept voluntary support tips, we implement the secure, standard Google Play Billing API. All transaction credentials, payment details, and accounts are processed securely and directly by Google Services. We never access, compile, or store your payment cards, financial credentials, or transaction identifiers.

3. Disclaimer of Liability for User Content

BECAUSE WE DO NOT COLLECT, MONITOR, OR HAVE ACCESS TO ANY DATA PROCESSED BY THE APP, WE BEAR ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY CONTENT YOU CHOOSE TO INDEX, STORE, OR SEARCH. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP AND THE CONTENT YOU PROCESS COMPLIES WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ILLEGAL, EXPLICIT, OFFENSIVE, OR INFRINGING CONTENT PROCESSED ON YOUR DEVICE USING OUR SOFTWARE.

4. Disclaimer of Data Security & Local Loss

Because all compiled search metadata resides inside your local app sandbox, you are solely responsible for protecting your device and backup archives. If you clear the App's data, format your storage, or uninstall the Software, all locally indexed databases and settings will be permanently and irreversibly erased. We have no mechanism to retrieve, restore, or rescue lost data, and we expressly disclaim all liability associated with local data loss, data corruption, or device theft.

5. Age Restrictions & Children's Privacy (18+)

The Software is strictly designed and intended for use by adult individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (18+). We do not knowingly target, solicit, or collect any information or offer services to minors under the age of eighteen. We disclaim all liability for any use of the Software by individuals under the age of 18.

6. Information Sharing & Disclosure

Because we collect zero information from our users, we do not, cannot, and will never sell, lease, disclose, distribute, or share your private metadata, search preferences, files, or user characteristics with any third parties, marketing agencies, advertising networks, statistical platforms, or government entities.

7. Support Communication Retention

If you choose to contact us for technical support, inquiries, or feedback via email (e.g., Support@MurGoo.Click), we may collect your email address, name, and the contents of your message. These support communications and related correspondence may be retained for up to five (5) years for administrative, legal, or customer service purposes before being securely deleted.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or our practices. Because the Software operates entirely offline and we do not collect or store any user contact information or personal data, we have no direct means of notifying you of such updates. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and it is your responsibility to review this page periodically. We bear no liability for your failure to review such updates. By continuing to use the Software after changes are posted, you accept the revised Privacy Policy terms.
