This Privacy Policy explains how our application operates, emphasizing that your data remains entirely in your control at all times.

2. No Server-Side Transmission

All gesture coordinates, tap statistics, tactile pressure feedback, and transition parameters modeled within the application reside entirely in the volatile memory (RAM) or local sandbox storage of your Android hardware. No background telemetries are registered or shipped over network channels.

3. Permissions Explained

To safely perform detailed testing overlays, MurGoo Click Tester may request standard system level permissions:

• Vibration Sensor: Provides precise micro-haptics when you pass touch slop thresholds or cross calibrated swipe scales.
• Dynamic Theme Assets: Reads default system configuration modes to apply Light, Dark, or Neon accent styles dynamically.

None of these configurations are collected or harvested.

4. Third-Party Libraries & Services

Our app does not use third-party trackers, software development kits (SDKs), or advertisements that monitor your behavior across different platforms. It is 100% advertising-free and safe for developers, testers, and hardware engineers.

5. In-App Purchases & Google Play Billing

MurGoo Click Tester supports voluntary developer donations and features provided through standard Google Play In-App Billing. When you initiate a digital payment or donate, the transaction is securely processed directly by Google LLC and its payment networks. We do not store, view, or compile your financial assets, credit card identifiers, bank records, or billing address details at any point. Furthermore, any billing discrepancies, refund requests, or transaction support queries must be directed entirely to Google Play via their respective support channels, as we retain zero transactional oversight or liability for processed payments.

6. User-Directed Screen & Log Exports

Our application includes functionality allowing you to manually capture screen arrangements or extract diagnostic gesture transcripts (such as "Export HTML" or "Capture & Share Screenshot"). These event exports are strictly client-side and only execute in response to your explicit interaction. The files are shared using standard Android system sharing intents to third-party endpoints (e.g. Email clients or messaging wrappers) of your choosing. We do not inspect, upload, or transmit these exports in the background. Because you select the destination application for these exports, we completely disclaim any liability for the interception, misuse, or unintended disclosure of data that may occur once the export leaves our application via the system sharing intent.

7. Local Display & Hardware Information

MurGoo Click Tester includes a "Screen Information" utility that reads your device's refresh rate, pixel density, and resolution. This information is fetched entirely on-device via local system APIs purely for your diagnostic benefit. At no point do we transmit, log, or aggregate your specific hardware specifications or display configurations to our servers.

8. Shortcuts and Widgets

We provide optional Android Widgets and Quick Settings Tiles to help you launch our testing suites quickly. These shortcuts exist purely within your local launcher and operating system environments. They do not enable any background telemetry, nor do they monitor your home screen usage habits.

9. User Data Rights & Regulatory Alignment (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA)

We believe in absolute data autonomy and are fully supportive of global privacy frameworks like the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Zero Retention: Because we never capture, monitor, or host user files or usage statistics on external servers, we hold no database containing personal identifying information.
• No Data Portability Steps Required: Since we have no database, there is no personal telemetry to fetch, modify, rectify, or wipe from our system. Your click data remains strictly within your physical possession on your local device.

10. Age Restrictions & Children's Privacy (COPPA)

MurGoo Click Tester is intended strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). We do not intentionally target, communicate with, or gather specifications from anyone under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with any information or is using the application without supervision, they should ensure the application is uninstalled. Because we do not collect personal data, there is no minor's data to delete from our servers.

11. Third-Party Access, OS Vulnerabilities & Limitation of Liability

While MurGoo Click Tester operates 100% offline and maintains your testing configurations within local storage, we do not control your Android operating system or its overarching security. We cannot guarantee protection against device-level malware, unauthorized physical access, rooted operating environments, or background third-party applications (such as screen recorders, overlays, or keyloggers) that might intercept your activity. You agree that the security environment of your hardware is exclusively your responsibility, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability for data interception, data loss, or unauthorized viewing of your local usage statistics.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
